Ever since a friend bought me a rhubarb pie from Martin's, it is the only bday present I desire. Their cheeses and other baked goods are extraordinary as well. I only wish I lived closer! Well done Martin's, well done!

what a unique spot. like a old days sandwich shoppe from when I was a kid. Ate here last weekend, my wife had turkey and I had a ham and cheese sandwich with double meat. they came with chips, soda and a Whoopi pie. meat was fresh, nicely prepared and tasty. Whoopi pie, nice chocolate cake with a nice cream. they have seating inside and outside, we choose to eat inside. it is also a little market in there. not only were the sandwiches good along with the Whoopi pie, the price at the end put the exclamation point on the end. prices were very low for the value!

Cute shop with a great selection AND friendly workers!! I enjoyed an iced caramel machiato. We grabbed a loaf of sourdough and some of the peach jam. They had multiple rooms to look through. The sandwiches sounded tasty & the ice cream was tempting!

Martin's is my absolute favorite little spot in town! Not only do they have delicious breakfast/lunch sandwiches & coffee, but they also have all kinds of other goodies. From meat sticks, lunch meats, bread & cracker spreads, snacks, spices, and local honey to baking goods, cookies, ice cream, pies and more! The staff is super friendly & make you feel like family every time you go in. I love their little inside cafe seating, but they also have a nice outside seating area too! I highly recommend stopping in and checking them out!

Step into Martin's Country Market and you'll find hearty lunch, a multitude of road treats and hand-dipped ice cream to cool the savage beast. What a gem on the highway in Arcadia. It's a trick to get into the parking lot when you're traveling west but worth the trouble of guessing at the stop light. Hubby and I went for the custom sandwich station. He found decadent, I found (sorta) healthy. The sandwich maker's work was quick, and I found my turkey-and-horseradish-cheddar lettuce wrap to be tasty and, surprisingly despite the chipotle mayo and tomato, not too messy. Hubby enjoyed an Italian sandwich on jalapeño cheddar bread that appeared to have been baked that morning. On the side, he enjoyed a vat of crunchy pretzels and I risked the veggie chips; highly recommended. A huge variety of other chocolate-covered and savory snacks abound, plus a dozen flavors of hard pack ice cream. The place appears to be run by Mennonites (I'm guessing, based on the ladies' hair coverings), and the whole joint is clean and well-organized if a little tightly spaced. We dined outside on the patio, and we weren't too dismayed by the passing traffic.
